About The Role

This pivotal position is responsible for cultivating strong connections with both existing and prospective clients, driving sales, and nurturing long-term relationships across Adelaide. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our business operations, maintaining quality and ensuring an efficient and profitable operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Buildeffective relationships with existing customers to drive increased student enrolments;
  • Develop new business relationships with potential client cohorts;
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth;
  • Work closely with the Training Manager to develop a local sales & networking plan;
  • Attend relevant events and expos to foster partnerships and collaborations;
  • Maintain accurate administration and Salesforce data entry;
Required Skills And Expertise
  • Possess a current NDIS Screening Workers Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate;
  • Have proven experience in business development or relationship coordination;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to match client needs with training solutions;
  • Show proficiency in using Salesforce or similar software;
  • Haverelevant industry knowledge or adult education/training experience;
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with high autonomy.
