Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management Specialist to join our established Sydney team. This role is key to delivering high-value asset advisory services and helping drive our continued growth and impact.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Directors and Associates to achieve key project outcomes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with evaluation and review of potential asset management service delivery models against industry best practice.
  • Preparing lifecycle and whole of life cost models for assets under management.
  • Assisting in providing advice on building maintenance strategies.

The successful candidate is expected to conform to our practice and business requirements, including accurate and timely completion of timesheets, compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies, and adherence to our core values: precision, integrity and reliability.

Key qualifications include a tertiary qualification across building, property, asset management or FM (or related discipline), commercial experience across the asset management and FM procurement lifecycle, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
