Customer Service Role

As a customer service representative, you will be the trusted advisor guiding customers through car subscription options. You'll blend customer service, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their queries and guide them to the most suitable car subscription option.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high retention rates.
  • Meet monthly targets for new vehicle subscriptions.
  • Complete and manage all subscription-related documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate servicing and vehicle detailing for returned vehicles.
  • Monitor active subscriptions and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Support national teams with onboarding, customer care, and platform guidance.
  • Participate in end-of-month reviews and ongoing process improvements.
