  4. Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough validation checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, identifying and resolving data-related issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
  5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data-related issues with minimal disruption to business operations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration process.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure a smooth migration process, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  7. Documentation: Create detailed documentation of migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and validation procedures, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  8. Testing and User Acceptance: Coordinate and conduct testing phases, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the migration meets business expectations.
  9. Post-Migration Support: Provide post-migration support to address any data-related issues and ensure the smooth operation of the new system, ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience as a Data Migration Analyst or similar role.
  2. Advanced Database Skills - proficiency in SQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
  3. Experience with complex or high-volume data migration projects.
  4. Relevant Certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
  5. Change Management: Understanding of change management practices in data-driven projects.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  8. Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) would be beneficial.
