Transportation Service Representative

We are seeking a Transportation Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service at the Terminal Precinct.
**Job Overview**
The ideal candidate will use their initiative and drive to improve interactions and customer service as they represent our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet passengers upon arrival and direct them to the next available rank.
- If passenger volume exceeds taxi availability, queue passengers in the designated area, adding sections as necessary. Whenever possible, passengers should not be queued into the Terminal common area.
- Radio for additional taxis when needed.
- Report any security concerns to the Customer Service Team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of adaptability and flexibility
- Basic knowledge of the local area
