We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Summary:
  • This dynamic role involves providing exceptional service to stakeholders, monitoring and controlling ground transportation, directing passengers, and reporting incidents and accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing superior customer service to commercial precinct stakeholders
  • Working closely with the security team to report suspicious behaviour and incidents
  • Operating parking control equipment in accordance with training and experience
  • Observing security recommendations and protocols

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Organisational and time management skills
