As a seasoned and accomplished Senior Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of commercial assets. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing commercial assets within a portfolio environment and possesses strong property management principles and practices.

This role combines operational management with strategic delivery, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with senior asset management professionals and contribute to portfolio value creation.

  • Manage the performance, presentation, and compliance of a commercial asset portfolio
  • Oversee lease administration, rent collection, arrears management, and lease documentation
  • Coordinate inspections, building compliance, maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditure programs
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations while monitoring financial performance
  • Support strategic asset initiatives including refurbishments, sustainability programs, and marketing campaigns
  • Implement and enhance systems, procedures, and service delivery standards
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, leading engagement initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Deliver clear, timely financial and operational reporting to stakeholders
