Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the performance management of our portfolio. You will work closely with senior leaders to align delivery roadmaps with strategic priorities and track progress against OKRs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive alignment between planning and delivery by coordinating portfolio roadmaps with the broader strategy.
  • Define and continuously improve ways of working across the portfolio and key interfaces.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including portfolio planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support prioritisation of initiatives to ensure delivery is aligned with mission-level goals and value creation.
  • Maintain visibility of the portfolio's book of work using tools such as JIRA.
  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks or delivery challenges, and lead resolution efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance-oriented roles such as project delivery, consulting, business analysis, or stakeholder management.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive delivery against ambitious OKRs.
  • A strong track record of building relationships and delivering change in complex environments.
  • Commercial acumen and a structured approach to solving business challenges.
