About the RoleThe Human Resources Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employment documentation, and overseeing exit practices in collaboration with management. This role will also provide support on key HR projects as required.
This is a continuing, full-time position, commencing as soon as negotiated. The successful candidate will be based at our Eagle Farm Office.
Key Attributes and Experience- Understanding of and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system of schools in the Edmund Rice tradition.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in an Advisor-level role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including Modern Awards, National Employment Standards, Fair Work, and Work Health and Safety Acts and Regulations.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Autonomous, with demonstrated initiative and motivation to manage competing priorities, monitor progress, and meet operational demands.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills to effectively collaborate with administrators, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to establish cooperative and positive working relationships to work as an effective team member or independently.
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion as required.
