Early Life Mental Health Care Opportunities
">We are seeking qualified nurses who are passionate about and have demonstrated experience in paediatrics and mental health, to become a valuable part of our team.
]Our services provide care for young people who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health problems. We offer assessment and treatment for infants, children and adolescents from 0-18 years in the southern region. Our teams work with people experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, school refusal, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation or psychosis.
]">As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in an environment that fosters growth, learning and further development of clinical skills. You will be working across multiple units, including:

- Perinatal & Infant Inpatient Unit (PIIU): a six bed inpatient unit providing mental health interventions to antenatal clients and postnatal clients admitted with their infant.]">
- OASIS Child Neuropsychiatry Inpatient Unit: an eight bed state of the art facility housing emergency and planned assessment admissions for children with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disturbance.]">
- Stepping Stones Adolescent Inpatient Unit: a 15 inpatient beds and 5 transition (day) beds state of the art facility offering mental health interventions to adolescents with acute and severe mental health problems.">
The ideal candidate will have relevant postgraduate qualifications in mental health, current clinical mental health nursing experience, and demonstrated clinical leadership experience for Associate Nurse Manager roles. They will also have the ability to work legally in Australia, be an advocate of our strategic guiding principles, and flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
