ServiceNow Architect

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow architect to lead the design and implementation of complex solutions. As a key member of our consulting team, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture of ServiceNow solutions to drive business value
  • Advise clients on effective ServiceNow platform usage
  • Develop solution blueprints to meet client needs
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and relevant technologies
  • Leverage ServiceNow automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and enhance service delivery
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations
  • Develop personas and create user experience strategies
  • Integrate AI into ServiceNow solutions to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow architect in large-scale enterprises
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment
  • ServiceNow certifications
  • At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow solutions
