Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and punctual individual to assist with the setup of our jumping castle installations and soft play sets for events. The successful candidate will be part of a casual on-call team, working on Saturdays and Sundays in morning and afternoon shifts.

This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues. As a member of our setup crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly assembled and installed according to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of jumping castles and soft play sets at various event locations
  • Ensure all equipment is properly secured and set up to meet safety standards
  • Collaborate with event staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace during installations and dismantling of equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Mornington, VIC (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
