Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to oversee a team of 20 or more members, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
  • Career Development: Establish career paths, training programs, and engagement initiatives to enhance employee growth and job satisfaction.
  • Performance Evaluation: Recognize and reward outstanding performers to foster motivation and drive results.
  • Resource Allocation: Hire and align resources to projects, ensuring effective project execution and delivery.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of achieving delivery goals in large enterprise environments, making informed decisions to drive success.
  • System Maintenance: Drive the Evergreen process to keep systems up-to-date, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Process Development: Develop standard processes for Incident and Change management, streamlining operations and reducing risks.
  • Productivity Monitoring: Define and report productivity and quality KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization via automation, contributing to business efficiency and profitability.
Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL, specifically in Change & Release management, as well as relevant certifications.

  • NV1 Security Clearance required.
  • Australian Citizenship required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (optional).
  • Microsoft 365 certifications desired.
