Job Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment across private pathology and hospital settings in various regions.
- Perform preventative maintenance services to enhance instrument reliability.
- Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to ensure high first-time fix rates.
The ideal candidate will possess equivalent industry experience in service, technical support, or plant maintenance, preferably within the pathology diagnostics sector.
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering are essential. Strong self-motivation and independence are also required.
Travel requirements include frequent regional travel, up to 30% overnight stays within VIC, TAS, SA, WA, and NT. A valid driver's license with a clean record is necessary.
Prior experience with electrical licenses or similar certifications is preferred.
