This role requires strong leadership experience, knowledge of early childhood education principles and excellent communication skills. You will work as part of the senior leadership team to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of centre operations for all our children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Administrator to implement daily routines and activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to centre operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff members to discuss performance and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with legislative requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in early childhood education or equivalent, and relevant experience working in the sector.
