Job Title: Corporate Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Finance team as a specialist. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the banking and financial services industry, with a strong focus on financial institutions coverage.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to work with a leading global bank, providing corporate finance solutions to clients across various sectors. As a specialist, you will be responsible for supporting origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus on financial institutions coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support origination and execution of IB business with a focus on financial institutions coverage
  • Due diligence of clients and markets
  • Deal documentation and internal approvals
  • Participation in marketing efforts including preparation of client presentations and pitches
  • Handle day-to-day client queries on all execution-related matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Financial Institutions coverage
  • Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
  • Detail-oriented and commercial acumen are critical
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
  • Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
