About the Position

This role involves providing technical expertise to support specialized electronic equipment and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for high-tech electronic gear and application needs.
  • Assist with pre-sales and post-delivery customer service.
  • Maintain product portfolios, documentation, and technical knowledge.
  • Offer technical input to the sales team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with synchronization, time, and frequency, including NTP/PTP.
  • Broad understanding of test equipment and measurement devices.
  • Experience in network design, security, and architecture in telecoms, power, defence, or related sectors.
  • Able to prioritize workload with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar environment.
  • Relevant technical qualification: Telco level 2/3 support experience and/or Certificate III or IV in a related technology or; Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
