Pfizer, a trusted partner in healthcare for 175 years, is seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Specialist Representative to join our team. This permanent role based in Victoria offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of cancer patients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer, market and business acumen, combined with in-depth product and disease state knowledge. They should have excellent sales, promotional and strategic business development and management skills, as well as outstanding communication abilities. The successful candidate will be adept in operating digital and virtual tools and working collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to address customer needs.

The Health Representative role involves delivering innovative medicines to customers and bridging the gap between Pfizer and the medical community. Our teams specialize in addressing the unique needs of patients, and we strive to make a real difference in their lives.

Key qualifications include a tertiary qualification in Health, Science or Business, a minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical experience (oncology experience desired but not essential), and a history of success in territory management, communications, teamwork, leadership, and accountability. Adherence to relevant policies and procedures, compliance requirements, and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct are also essential.
