Optimizing Manufacturing Efficiency through Expert Electrical Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Tradesperson to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional maintenance services and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrical diagnosis, repairs, and preventative maintenance on production and facilities equipment/systems.
  • Troubleshoot using knowledge of PLC ladder logic.
  • Electrically install/connect new or relocated equipment.
  • Support plant TPM program by working with production teams and providing electrical expertise and training.
  • Assist in keeping equipment documentation and drawings up to date.
  • Assist in evaluating new equipment and components.
  • Complete maintenance reports to required standards.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with GMP and Safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • A current and relevant recognized Electrical Trade Certificate.
  • Maintenance installation and project experience.
  • High-speed automated machine experience.
  • Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting.
  • Fault finding ability.
  • PLC (Allen Bradley) programming and trouble-shooting experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • PC and software tools.
  • Written and verbal communication.
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements of EH & S.
