Job Description:

Lovisa is a global fast-fashion retailer with over 1,000 stores across more than 50 markets worldwide.

We deliver over 150 new styles to our stores each week.

Your Opportunity:
  • Maintain a professional presentation and approach as the Inventory Control Specialist to provide support and assistance in all facets of the business.
  • Audit and control stock entering the company for all stores globally.
  • Ensure correct stock allocation goes to the correct location at the correct time.
  • Control all stock transfers between stores.
  • Maintain accuracy of store stock figures and levels.
  • Ensure stores receive accurate stock levels according to planogram changes weekly.

You will operate using inventory management systems, maintain optimal stock levels by adjusting min/max quantities, manage floorplan layout changes on a weekly basis for all stores globally, and analyze and report on stock-to-sales ratios.

Additional responsibilities within skill and competency level include assisting the team with everyday tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties requested by members of the department.

We value flexibility in working hours but recognize that some hours outside of core hours may be required.
