We're seeking a customer experience specialist to join our dynamic team at one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness chains. The role involves driving exceptional member experiences, building relationships, and providing high-end service.
About the RoleThis part-time position requires a professional with demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer service, interest in health and fitness, and excellent communication skills.
- Grow and retain membership through exceptional service
- Care for existing members by understanding their needs
- Provide administrative support and drive sales growth
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work autonomously and adapt to changing situations
