About this role:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver workplace injury prevention, return to work or life and disability support solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
In this position, you will:
- Assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations using your specialist knowledge and skills.
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Support clients with chronic illness, injury or disability to achieve independence and fulfil their goals.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Perform activities of daily living assessments and recommend assistive technology under various contracts.
- Conduct a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments.
- Complete workplace modifications assessments under the National Panel of Assessors contract (requires minimum two years disability employment experience).
- Administer standardised assessment tools.
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work or life goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

Key requirements:
- Professional registration with AHPRA.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
