Overview

Assetlink is hiring for a Night Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Macarthur Square, NSW 2560. This is a full-time night role with responsibilities across the cleaning team, operational delivery, training, and client relations.

The roster for this position is: Monday to Friday 22:00 - 5:36.

We are committed to delivering award-winning retail customer service and developing a high-performing cleaning team as part of Assetlink.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team to deliver high-quality service
  • Provide staff training, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Manage administrative tasks such as incident reporting and rostering
  • Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements and client expectations
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Understand and implement customer security, environmental, and safety requirements
  • Follow Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Respond to general cleaning tasks, periodic/ preventative maintenance, emergencies and queries

  • Provide effective leadership to cleaning personnel

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • Ability to give direction and instructions to people
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work under pressure
  • Consistent attention to detail

Role Qualifications
  • Must have permanent full work rights in Australia
  • Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance Check
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in retail/commercial cleaning
  • Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to give direction and instruction to people
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure
  • Consistent attention to detail
