Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operational facility matters, including fleet, security, building & equipment maintenance, facility WHS & emergency procedures, and other facility issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to staff, patients, and visitors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facility management strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and leadership across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated competence in self-management to deliver agreed work outcomes.
- Agile learner with novel information and situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
