Hydraulics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulics Team Lead to manage a small team of engineers in designing detailed and interesting projects.

This is a great opportunity for a driven and motivated engineer or designer who wants to step into a senior position and further their career in the Hydraulics space.

The successful candidate will have experience in Hydraulics, and working knowledge of Fire Protection systems. They will also have experience liaising with equipment suppliers and manufacturers, as well as relevant trade waste, plumbing and fire authorities.

A sound knowledge of BDA, Australian Standards and local authority requirements, as well as relevant experience in design consultancies and exposure to commercial fit-out projects, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of engineers in designing detailed and interesting projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver projects from conception to completion
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and services
Requirements:
  • Experience in Hydraulics and working knowledge of Fire Protection systems
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as QBCC or tertiary qualification by Engineering Australia
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
