Dean of Teaching and Learning (Primary)

This is a pivotal role in the College's leadership structure, reporting to the Head of Primary. The Dean will have an outstanding knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, school systems, data analysis and wider educational trends.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and oversight of teaching and learning in the Primary School, including oversight of the Heads of Learning Area team.">
  • They will work in collaboration with other Deans to direct classroom practice, having direct oversight of specialist teaching staff.">

The College caters for 700 students from Pre-Kindergarten through to Year 6, with facilities including an award-winning Early Learning Centre, Upper Primary classes, specialist facilities, sports facilities and The Lakes Theatre.
