Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the team with customer and dealer engagement, communications support, and ensuring service support excellence for our customers.

In this role, you will gain insight into a department that covers service operations, service plans marketing, and sales. You will learn about general business operations, support with operational and financial administration, and customer service queries. You will also gain insight into the technical side of our service plan offerings and may help with competitor analysis and benchmarking exercises as well as analytics and reporting.

Requirements

  • You must be an undergraduate student currently completing your penultimate year of study.
  • You must have a remaining 12 months or 2 semesters of study to complete your degree.
  • A strong interest in immersing yourself in this role is essential.
