Our Rockdale location seeks passionate individuals to join their team and complete a Traineeship to obtain a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of educators toward collective goals
  • Facilitate a safe & caring environment for children
  • Drive initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement
  • Observe and document child progress, adhering to the EYLF & NQS
  • Liaise with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges
  • Assist with program implementation to meet individual needs
  • Contribute to documentation of children's skills and interests
  • Maintain a well-kept physical environment
  • Engage in professional communication with families and caregivers
