Job Opportunity: Front Office Allrounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Allrounder to join our team. As a Front Office Allrounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Promote loyalty programs and recognize loyalty members as valued guests.
  • Promote hotel facilities through strong product knowledge and up-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and adhere to procedures for guest confidentiality and room key issuance.
  • Manage credit and cash transactions, as well as accounting documentation.
  • Attend to guest requests efficiently and strive to provide Total Guest Satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a guest-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the local region, competitors, and suppliers is desirable.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving goals and targets.
  • Flexibility regarding shifts, ability to work rotating rosters including mornings, nights, and weekend shifts.
  • Computer literacy, with Opera PMS experience being an advantage.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, excellent phone manner, and organization skills.
  • Australian driver license with manual and auto vehicle driving confidence.
  • Full-time working rights in Australia.
