Looking for a challenging role in Enterprise Risk Management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our team as a Risk Advisor.

Job Description:

As a Risk Advisor, you will be responsible for championing the Risk Management Framework across the business. This includes managing key risk policies, documents, and registers, maintaining tools and guidance to embed risk practices, and improving the governance, risk, and compliance system (Protecht).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the Risk Management Framework to ensure alignment with Brighter Super's values
  • Providing practical risk advice, support, and training across a range of activities
  • Assisting with enterprise risk reporting for Board and Management on key areas including material risks, emerging risks, operational risks, framework development, and risk culture
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Good working knowledge and understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment, particularly risk governance standards e.g. SPS 220, CPS 230 and ISO 31000
  • Ability to proactively problem solve
  • Confident in advising Senior Leaders
  • Experienced in training others
