Data Testing Lead Position

Job Role Overview
We seek an experienced testing leader to drive quality assurance efforts across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data-focused testing initiatives with a strong emphasis on SQL and hands-on experience evaluating data pipelines and transformations.
- Oversee testing activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrate expertise in modern data architectures, including data lakes, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture.
- Proven track record in data migration projects, ideally involving Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in data-focused testing roles, with at least 2 years in a test leadership or coordination capacity.
