Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team as a Clinical Psychologist. As a Clinical Psychologist at Altius Group, you will deliver a range of clinical-focused services, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, onsite attendances, and private/Medicare-rebated counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver EAP counselling services to a range of clients, including adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
- Provide onsite attendances and critical incident responses to support people at their workplace in times of need.
- Offer private/Medicare-rebated counselling services to individuals and families.
- Support people with pain-related issues, injury adjustment, and trauma from an acquired injury through our Compensation Scheme Work.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes through Multidisciplinary Interventions.
- Conduct psychological assessments to inform treatment plans and support client outcomes.
Requirements
- Full or provisional professional registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to obtain a national police check.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
