Dental Care Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Care Professional to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in providing high-quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental experience.
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Perform reception duties as required, including managing patient records and communicating with patients and staff.
- Ensure the maintenance and implementation of infection control standards and procedures, adhering to Bupa's high standards of patient care.
- Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
- Assist with patient care from entry to the surgery, including recall management and ensuring a smooth patient journey.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a local Australian dental practice is highly regarded.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to build rapport with patients, providing a cheerful and light-hearted approach to patient care.
