Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Offset Printer to fill a vacant position in our production team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional printing results using cutting-edge technology.

About the Role

  • Set up and operate the offset printing press to produce high-quality printed materials, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
  • Monitor the printing process, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistent print quality and minimal waste.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the printing press, ensuring it is in optimal working condition at all times.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, meet project deadlines, and achieve business goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe working environment for everyone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Offset Printer, preferably within the packaging or printing industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality prints.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining offset printing presses, with knowledge of colour management and quality control processes.
  • Strong understanding of printing techniques, including plate making, ink management, and paper handling.
  • Ability to interpret job orders, work independently, and make decisions to achieve desired print results, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
