Job Title: Australia and New Zealand Solutions Architecture Leader, AWS Public Sector

Senior Solutions Architecture Leader for Australia and New Zealand

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our organisation.

As a Senior Solutions Architecture Leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our team in Australia and New Zealand. You will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing and experience in architecting and operating solutions built on cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Solution Architects to develop and implement cloud-based solutions for customers.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
  • Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions.
  • Educate public sector customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in architectural discussions.
  • Guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.
