  • Represent the organization in the local community and foster relationships with customers and other businesses.
  • Maintain showroom safety standards and manage all WHS requirements effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience meeting performance metrics, budgets, and sales targets.
  • Understanding of managing customer expectations.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent over-the-phone and face-to-face customer service etiquette.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Well-presented, professional, and courteous demeanor.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Genuine desire to help others with knowledge and abilities.
  • Stock control experience advantageous.
  • SAP experience preferable.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to problem-solve and seek out new opportunities.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proof of Working Rights in Australia.
