We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Associate to join our team.

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our properties. This includes:

  • ">
  • Servicing cabins and houses to a very high standard, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail;">
  • Collecting linen, towels, bathroom & kitchen products from our store, and restocking as needed;">
  • Cleaning and rotating cushions and throw blankets, paying close attention to upholstery and fabric quality;">
  • Ensuring guest information material is in place and in good condition, including directional signage and welcome packets;">
  • Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces, using streak-free methods to preserve clarity and visibility;">
  • Reporting damaged, broken or lost items promptly, documenting incidents for future reference;">
  • Clean and sanitising guest bathrooms and kitchen areas, adhering to strict hygiene protocols and standards;">
  • Assisting with rubbish collection from the accommodation, maintaining a clean and organised environment;">
  • Restocking and tidying housekeeping store room, ensuring easy access to essential supplies and equipment;">
  • Assisting with BBQ cleans and common areas, preserving community spaces and amenities;">
  • Providing occasional garden assistance, supporting grounds maintenance and upkeep;">

What We Are Looking For In You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a similar setting or industry;">
  • Availability of 20 - 25 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands;">
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities;">
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships;">
  • Well-organised, with good time management and a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively;">
  • Some flexibility with rosters, including occasional weekends and public holidays, to accommodate business needs and fluctuations;">
  • A current valid driver's license is essential, and own transport is preferred for convenience and efficiency;">
