Job Title:

Underground Trainer

Our team is looking for an experienced trainer to join our ranks. As an Underground Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans to improve the skills and knowledge of our underground operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to address competencies for underground mining operators.
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure effective delivery.
  • Identify and address variability in operator capability and performance through data analysis.
  • Develop and implement training plans to maintain and improve skills.

Requirements:

  • Current & Valid Australian Drivers Licence;
  • Rights to Work in Australia;
  • Solid history of reliability and good work ethic;
  • Experience in underground service crew/paste crew work;
  • Leading Hand experience is highly regarded;
  • A proactive attitude toward safety and hazard identification.
