Technical Product Lead

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires collaboration with engineers to design, develop, and deliver solutions across our product experiences.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with product managers and engineers to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects. Proficiency in Figma, UI libraries, and design systems is required, as well as a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can contribute to the development of our product roadmap. The selected candidate will be responsible for breaking down complex technical tasks into deliverable pieces and preparing ticket requirements.

The Technical Product Lead will also be responsible for establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards. This includes contributing to release notes and monitoring production support for issues, triaging, and coordinating fixes as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Technical Product Lead will attend team meetings to clarify scope, test ideas, and collect feedback. They will also be expected to work closely with multiple departments and have a high degree of autonomy with a focus on outcomes.
