Gen AI Product Owner

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to partner with business units and identify priority use cases that deliver genuine value.

  • Lead squads of multi-disciplinary colleagues who are passionate about Gen AI to ensure alignment with product vision, roadmap, goals, plans, and expectations.
  • Define and plan work to achieve prioritized use cases and business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality controls, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.

A strong background in product ownership within the AI domain is required, preferably combined with experience in financial services. Experience working in scaled agile delivery and project management & change execution knowledge and expertise are also essential.

You will have the opportunity to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, innovate, adapt, and grasp new skills and capabilities. Critical thinking skills and the ability to see the bigger objective and design executable solutions are also crucial.

The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with others to deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps and possess proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
