Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to establish a solid digital foundation for our organisation.

The successful candidate will report to the Group Chief Digital Officer and be responsible for overseeing the five work streams across the program: Digital Enablement, Data Capabilities, Customer Excellence, Operational Excellence and Tech Security.

About You:

We are looking for a self-starter with experience working with senior and executive stakeholders, as well as knowledge and experience of project life-cycles and best practice project, program and portfolio management tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the digital transformation structure and set up a steering committee and group of program sponsors.
  • Lead selected work-streams and embed change management practices.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, IT or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
