Lead Store Operations Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Customers and Suppliers

• Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Lead and Communicate Key Priorities

• Coach and communicate key priorities to the team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement.

Direct Branch Operations

• Direct branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit, and service targets.

Champion Safety Culture

• Promote and champion a strong safety culture within the branch.
