Senior Federal Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform evidence-based conclusions, and provide specialist advice, guidance and reporting on team functional responsibilities.

- Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships, making decisions using professional judgement and communicating them effectively.
- Prepare financial information for corporate reports, undertake invoice and payment reconciliations, and monitor budgets.
Requirements:
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling autonomous work and collaboration within a team.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel, and experience with secretariat and reporting functions in a federal government environment.
- Demonstrate excellent record management skills and project acumen.
