Job Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Senior Bid Manager to lead our infrastructure projects in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning bids that showcase our expertise and capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of success in writing successful bid submissions. Your expertise in project management and bid management will enable you to lead our bid function in India, working alongside a small team of existing bid professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute winning bids for infrastructure projects in India, ensuring that all deadlines are met and bids are submitted on time and in the correct manner.
  • Support positioning activities that enhance high conversion and business development activity, including competitor research, market analysis, and client feedback interrogation.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling through deep understanding of Turner & Townsend services and products.
  • Maintain and oversee content libraries and best practice approaches, contributing to the growth of bid capability and skills within the Turner & Townsend India business.
  • Report on pipeline and bid conversion at Senior Leadership levels, providing analysis and commentary on trends.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in writing successful bid submissions.Project Management or Bid Management previous work experience.Strong MS Office Skills and IT Literacy.Proof reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail, including ensuring bid compliance.Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
