Administration Assistant Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the running of our early childhood education and care program. This includes processing Centrelink funding, enrolments for services, and maintaining client information under the guidance of the director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative tasks to support program maintenance
  • Developing and maintaining administrative procedures
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Monitoring and administering program inboxes
  • Acting as the responsible person on duty

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Working with Vulnerable People Card
  • Demonstrated experience in family accounts using a CCMS platform
  • Experience in Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Additional Childcare Subsidy (ACCS) and Family Assistance Law (desirable)
  • Experience as a Responsible Person
  • Demonstrated commitment and experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent administration skills, including records management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
