Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Home Ownership Strategies: Design and execute a comprehensive 12-month event calendar across the region to achieve the target of 80 home ownership opportunities each financial year.
  2. Engage with Stakeholders: Implement innovative engagement strategies with stakeholders, incorporating technology as needed, and provide guidance and education to prospective home buyers.
  3. Manage Home Buyer Saver Grants Program: Oversee the Home Buyer Saver grants program, ensuring strict adherence to probity and regulatory standards.
  4. Monitor and Analyze Program Data: Maintain and analyze data related to the Home Ownership Program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting and data management.
  5. Prepare Project-Related Documents: Prepare various project-related documents for stakeholders, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers, to facilitate effective communication.
  6. Lead Designated Projects: Lead designated projects to support broader program objectives as directed by the Program Manager.
  7. Collaborate with Community Partners: Collaborate with community partners to achieve shared outcomes and support regional development goals.
  8. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships through regular communication and feedback to ensure effective program development and implementation.
