At First Steps Learning Academy, we strive for excellence in early childhood care. Our business is dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and education services for children aged 0-5 years.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about childcare and committed to their own learning to join our team as a Trainee. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Children's Services through on-the-job training and professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong passion for caring for children and pursuing a career in childcare;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in obtaining necessary certifications such as first aid and Working with Children Check;
  • Availability to work full-time hours between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
