Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Rosebud. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
- A competitive hourly rate and casual leave loading allowance.
- A supportive and friendly team with access to excellent resources and training.
- A comprehensive induction and training program to ensure your success in the role.
- A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Flexibility to work casual shifts Monday to Friday.
- A valid working with children check.
