Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also contributing to the growth and development of our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, while promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive learning environment
