About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at our modern Berwick care home in Narre Warren. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing exceptional customer service and support.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to the hospitality function within the care home. This includes catering, cleaning, and laundry services. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide an empathetic and personal approach to our residents.

About You

We are looking for a team player who enjoys interacting with people and giving back to our most vulnerable community members. Previous experience in catering, food service, or cleaning is preferred but not essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests
  • Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sort linen, hang, fold, wrap, or iron linen
  • Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas, and dishwashing
  • Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas
